Ahmadinejad in run-off elections in Iran punished

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has had to when the second round of parliamentary elections in Iran insert another defeat. Accordingly, an alliance of Conservatives to Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani has secured the most seats. The Iranian state media reported on Saturday. In the second round kicked off on Friday in the last 65 of a total of 290 seats parliament. Larijani is the most important domestic political opponents of Ahmadinejad. The alliance of the Conservatives had already secured the first ballot, 70 percent of the seats. The results of the ballot will be announced on Saturday evening. Parliament has no influence on foreign policy and the controversial nuclear policy of the country. This is crucial to the constitution of the religious leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. But because of the changed balance of power in parliament, it is Ahmadinejad in the last year of his second term, difficult to enforce its domestic political and economic programs.
