The Afghan interim foreign minister welcomed the ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and the TTP.
Addressing a seminar in Islamabad, Afghan Interim Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi welcomed the ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and the TTP and confirmed the facilitation of the talks.
Amir Khan Mottaki said that he hoped that the talks would go further in the coming days. He hoped that the temporary ceasefire would be turned remained into a permanent peace agreement.
We do not understand what we should do to make other countries, including the United States, recognize us. Afghanistan does not need a large army, we will build a short and talented army," he said.
Amir Khan Muttaqi said that our government is broad-based, which includes all nationalities. He further said that 100 percent women have returned to the Ministry of Health and institutions and 75 percent women have returned to duty in the educational institutions.
