Finally Over...

US President George W. Trump has acknowledged his defeat in the election and approved a transfer of power to President-elect Joe Biden, ending a weeks-long power struggle.

According to media reports, the head of the US General Service Administration, Emily Murphy, has written a letter to Joe Biden informing him that the transfer of power can now be formally started. "I made this decision independently without any pressure," he said. I was not under any pressure from White House executives on this decision. Emily Murphy said an initial fund of 63 6.3 million would be available for the use of the newly elected president. Newly-elected President Joe Biden and his deputy, Kamala Harris, will now receive the same national security briefings as President Trump does every day.

According to sources, the letter means that for the first time, the administration has acknowledged the defeat of President Trump. We will continue to compete and I am sure we will succeed. However, in the best interest of the country, I recommend that Emily and her team do whatever is appropriate for the initial protocol.

Sources say the letter is the first step in acknowledging Trump's defeat. On the other hand, the team of newly elected President Joe Biden also confirmed these steps and said that the administration has shown apparent success in the election of Joe Biden and newly elected Vice President Kamala Harris and the incoming administration should be smooth and It has also promised to provide the necessary resources and support for a peaceful transition. Most stock markets have seen positive growth since the announcement of the approval of the transfer of power. The London Stock Exchange 100 Index rose 1.1 percent, Frankfurt's stock market rose 1 percent, Tokyo's stock market rose 2 percent and Sydney's rose more than 1 percent.

Two bomb blasts in Afghanistan's peaceful city of Bamyan killed 23 people and injured 59 others

According to media reports, such a major terrorist incident took place in the city after 20 years. The blasts took place in Bamyan city, the capital of Bamyan province, at around 4.30 pm on Tuesday near a taxi stand and a market where there is usually a rush. The dead included two traffic policemen. The Afghan journalist quoted local administration and intelligence sources as saying that 23 people had been killed in the blasts. Bamyan is considered safer than Afghan cities, where thousands of tourists visit each year.

According to Afghan media, this is the first time such deadly blasts have taken place in the city. The Taliban said they condemn the blasts, we are not involved in it. Meanwhile, a pro-Taliban soldier opened fire in Nawa district of Helmand, killing five personnel. Five people were injured in an explosion at a government office in Khost.

The statement of Vice President Amrullah Saleh regarding the involvement of MPs in corruption caused a great commotion in the lower house of the Afghan parliament. Speaker Rehman Rahmani termed Amrullah Saleh as a foreign agent and said that he could prove it. The Green Trend Movement (name of Saleh's organization) works for a foreign agency.
