The video shows the fallen civilians injured and bleeding from their heads. The elderly man was given first aid by two state police officers.

According to reports, this special squad of Buffalo Police Department was formed in 2016 to maintain law and order in the cities. Eric County Executive Mark Polon-Karz told a news conference that he was "deeply disappointed" by the resignations. He further added that his resignations show that he did not see anything wrong with last night's incident.

"What happened yesterday, we all felt wrong, including the governor of New York," he said.
The 75-year-old man's name is Martin Gogino. He was rushed to a hospital. According to Erie County Executive Mark Polon Carz, he suffered a serious head injury.

The Buffalo Police Commissioner has launched an investigation into the officers involved in the incident after watching the video. The incident has been strongly condemned on social networking sites. The governor of New York said the incident was
