The agency which is a quasi-judicial agency, reported on its website that issued a "limited exclusion order" for some devices of Apple , such as mobile iPhone 3 and 4 and the tablets iPad and iPad 2. As stated in the document, Apple infringed a patent of Samsung Electronics in the manufacture of such equipment. The panel delivered a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist from AT & T models of the iPhone 4 , iPhone 3GS , iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G.
