Egyptian President Morsi will visit Iran on August 30 for the non-aligned summit

New Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi Muslim Brother, August 30 to attend Tehran summit of the Non-Aligned Movement. This will be the first visit to Iran of a leader of the Egyptian state since the birth in 1979 of the Islamic Republic. According to sources in the presidency quoted Saturday by the official MENA news agency, the head of state will attend the summit of the Non-Aligned returning from a trip to China. since the fall in February 2011 , President Hosni Mubarak, the most populous country in the Arab world and Iran have expressed their interest in a rapprochement more than 30 years after the advent of the clerical regime in Tehran and the decision of Egypt sign a treaty peace with Israel. However, any improvement in bilateral relations is likely to face two obstacles: the increasing isolation of Iran in the international arena because of its controversial nuclear program and funding by the United States most part of the Egyptian military budget. In June, Mohamed Morsi announced its intention to pursue Iranian news agency who had lent him the intention to renew diplomatic ties with Tehran.
