Kim Jong-un threatening embassies and international organizations

"The North Korean government discourse is that as of April 10 can not guarantee the security of embassies and international organizations in the country in case of conflict," he told AFP a spokeswoman for the British Foreign Ministry. "We think the North Koreans adopted this decision in the context of their offensive rhetoric according to which the United States is a threat, "he added. The heads of the diplomatic missions of the European countries that have representation in Pyongyang will meet on Saturday, April 6 in the North Korean capital "to find a common position and common action" on their diplomats, said Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs. "North Korea called for all foreign embassies and said it was willing to assist them if they wanted to evacuate their missions," he added. Pyongyang also proposed to Russia to "consider" the evacuation of its diplomatic representation "given the worsening situation on the Korean peninsula," according to a spokesman for Russian. North Korean officials requested the same to the British. But for now "no immediate plans" to evacuate, said London. North Korea also recommended to the Czech Republic to evacuate their staff. "We have received today this recommendation, not individually but together with other countries," said Czech Ambassador Dusan Strauch. North Korea  carried a  second missile  medium range to its east coast  and decided on a mobile launcher , said Friday the South Korean agency  Yonhap, quoting a government official in  SeoulThe Ministry of Defense confirmed Thursday that  Pyongyang  had installed a first missile, would not comment on the new informationSouth Korea on Friday deployed two ships  with systems to intercept missiles in the Yellow Sea coast and the Sea of Japan , to the movements that suggest that  North Korea  could prepare a pitch. A week ago, the regime of Kim Jong- one was declared in a state of war with South KoreaBoth countries are still technically at war because their conflict of  1950-1953  ended with an armistice, not a peace agreement. Tensions on the Korean peninsula rose sharply since the  third nuclear test conducted by North Korea in February , followed by  new sanctions by the UN  and joint military exercises with Seoul and Washington, to which  North Korea  responded by suspending the ceasefire agreement fire with its southern neighbor that ended the Korean War in 1953 and  numerous threats of attacks. Many analysts consider likely that  Pyongyang  launched the missile in mid this month to commemorate the birthday of the revered posthumously  Kim Il-sung ,  founder of North Korea, which falls on April 15.
