North Korea threatens USA with attack

North Korea is planning to launch a plan missile attack on the American military base on the island of Guam in the West Pacific.
The army considers that areas around Guam have to be "wrapped up" with ballistic medium- and long-range missiles, "reports the state news agency KCNA. The move follows the latest test of an intercontinental rocket by the United States, it said.
The question was, "only the United States has the option of a so-called pre-emptive war," the army said. North Korea does not use its strategic weapons "as a pledge to gain recognition from third parties, or for any barter trade". Rather, they are "an important military means to resolutely counter the political and economic pressure of the US and its military threats."
Guam is home to the US Air Force base Andersen. The US outdoor area is located some 3,400 kilometers from North Korea. The Guam authorities stated that the defensive measures had been set in readiness. The inhabitants of the island should preserve peace. From the island, bombers of type B-1 are heading for military maneuvers in the direction of the Korean peninsula.
It is unclear whether the North Korean threat is a direct response to a warning from US President Donald Trump . He had just said before that North Korea would be hit by "fire and anger", as the world has never seen before, if it does not set its threats against the United States.
Also South Korea increased the pressure on the neighbors in the north. Under the influence of the progressive North Korean nuclear program, South Korea's President Moon Jae has called for a profound reform of his own forces. "I think we need a full defense reform in the sense of a rebirth instead of just making some modifications or improvements," said Moon. The state secretary had met with six chiefs of command of his military.
Prior to this, the Washington Post had reported that North Korea could produce a miniature atomic bubbling head and thereby equip missiles. The newspaper refers to the analysis of an American intelligence service. A white paper published by the Japanese Ministry of Defense in Tokyo comes to the same conclusion. How many miniature atomic bubblers North Korea may have developed is unclear. The US assumes that the entire North Korean arsenal will be at 60 nuclear weapons. Independent experts estimate the number of Washington Post to be about half as much.
The US government's unrest has increased after North Korea carried out two ballistic intercontinental racetrack tests in July. Both floors landed in Japanese waters, but were shot down at high angles. According to analysts, the rockets could reach Alaska, Los Angeles and Chicago if they were sent on a flatter trajectory.
Pyongyang, on the other hand, reacted angrily to the new sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council last weekend "We will return thousands of dollars for all the abominable crimes they have committed against the state and the people of this country (North Korea)," the state media said.
