Rohani l "The only solution with Iran is dialogue, not sanctions"

The new president of Iran the moderate Shiite cleric Hasan Rohani, took possession of his office Sunday before the Parliament of the Islamic Republic for the next four years,after almost five decades of struggle for the Islamic revolution. The official inauguration ceremony intervened before his first speech as president, the heads of Parliament and Judiciary, the brothers Ali and Sadeq Amoli Larijani. The Iranian News Agency Labour (ILNA) released the list of the cabinet proposed by Rohani, who will have to confirm the Parliament, which has already announced that it will not ratify a renowned reformist ministers. In his inaugural speech, he repeated the ideas Rohani has maintained since his bid for the presidency and, for external relations, stressed that Iran would maintain "constructive interaction and equal" with the rest of the world. In relation to international sanctions imposed on Iran over its nuclear program, in particular by the U.S. and the EU, Rohani insisted that "you can not beat the imposing sanctions or threatening Iran with war," referring to the warnings of using force in Washington and Tel Aviv. "There must be a dialogue from a position of equality" on its nuclear program, which some governments, with Washington to the head, believe it may have a military dimension, while Tehran says is purely civilian and peaceful. "We will move under the action of the other party," said Rohani on nuclear negotiations, about which he said: "If you want a proper response, we speak the language of the sanctions, but with a language of respect", triggering applause from the Parliament. On regional policy, in which Tehran is the main ally of the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad stance against the West and most Arab countries, Rohani said that "the Islamic Republic of Iran seeks peace and stability in the region ". "Iran is the anchor of stability in the region," the new Iranian president, who said that "we do not intend to change the boundaries (countries) or governments, because the political system of each country depends on the desire of his own people. "
