The mother of Michael Jackson testified at the civil trial pitting the family of musician and concert promoter AEG Live, and said his son was a sick person who never got the help he needed, as local media reported. "It's hard to sit here in court and hear all these things. My son was sick and no one was trying to help" , said the woman, 83 years, according to TMZ. "Many of the things said are not true and he is not here to defend themselves," he added. She is pursuing a lawsuit against the developer with Jackson's children because they argue that the company is responsible for having hired and supervised by Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of having caused the death of the "King of Pop" by injecting A lethal dose of anesthetic. The family claims that the company pressured Murray to neglect the long-term health of Jackson , and to achieve that the singer would be able to perform in concerts organized for his return, sold out.
