Prohibit the use of Google Glass in casinos

Casinos in several cities in the United States are banning punters using Google Glass, lenses mounted device with which you can take pictures, shoot videos, and surf the internet. The Regulatory Division Sets New Jersey issued a directive Monday ordering  the 12 Atlantic City casinos prohibit customers to use the device, as reported by  The Press of Atlantic City. Similar restrictions were applied casinos  Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Connecticut, among other places. "If you carry these lenses during a poker game, could be used to transmit a customer's hand an accomplice or be used in a collusive manner , "he wrote in a memorandum to the casinos  David Rebuck, director of the division. Such use would constitute a crime in New Jersey. " But it would be difficult to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the lenses were certainly used for cheating "wrote Rebuck. New Jersey casinos should ask whom sized glasses to remove them, and may expel any customer who refuses. The ban on photographing or videotaping in casinos is not just for Google lenses. New Jersey Regulators require file a notice five days in advance, and the explicit approval of the regulatory division play-for you to take any photographs or video on the premises of a casino, and Las Vegas has similar restrictions. But as new technology, the glasses are calling the attention of regulators who are updating their regulations to keep pace.
