More than 134,000 Iraqi civilians killed and a cost of 1,700 billion dollars to the coffers of the U.S. government: these are some of the numbers provided by the project 'Costs of War' the 'Watson Institute for International Studies' on war in Iraq, of which a few days, on March 19, will be 'the tenth anniversary.
