Syria l activists, today at least 43 dead

At least 43 people have died in violence today in Syria, according to provisional figures of the Local Coordination Committees (LCC) of the opposition. According to the same source, intense bombardments by government forces continued on rebel positions around Damascus, in particular the suburb of Daraya and the village of Duma. Observatory for Human Rights in Syria (Ondus) reports of clashes and bombings also in the provinces of Idlib, Hama and Daraa.
