Children return to school Newtown after slaughter

The Newtown schools which have remained empty since the shooting that claimed the lives of 26 people , will return to receive students and teachers on Tuesday in an attempt to regain normalcy. School  Sandy Hook in the state of Connecticut , four days after Adam Lanza, 20, abatiera to 20 children aged 6 and 7 years and six teachers and school staff , will remain closed. The school has become the scene of the crime , with the police coming in and out, and has been decorated by visitors with stuffed animals, flowers and balloons in tribute to the victims . The slaughter -one of the worst in the already tragic story of U.S. shootings - has shocked the public, has led several congressmen to ask more restrictions on gun ownership and has encouraged principals to review their security protocols. The Newtown police officers deployed in the six schools that reopen on Tuesday, with the goal of bringing security to students and teachers . Lt. George Sinkoadmitted that the task of calm about 4,700 students and their families will not be easy. "Obviously, there will be a lot of apprehension . We just spent a horrible tragedy. We hadbabies who were at the school to be safe and were not , "said the officer. "You can not help thinking that this could happen again." While education authorities decide when to resume the operation of Sandy Hook school , students attend vacuum Chalk Hill School in nearby Monroe. In Washington, the slaughter took on Monday to President Barack Obama to ask for ameeting with advisers in the White House to address ways of responding to what happened . The government plans to reduce violence not only include measures to control arms , said a spokesman. The police meanwhile, has warned it could take months to finish its investigation into the attack, which began when Adam Lanza killed his mother, Nancy , at home, beforedriving to school armed with a rifle and two Bushmaster AR 15 guns. Upon killing 26 people at school, committed suicide on hearing the arrival of the police.
