Pedophilia, unfounded accusations at Tory BBC

The BBC apologized unreservedly'' for'' aired, in one of its flagship programs, allegations of sexual abuse of minors who, although not mentioned in the transmission, have led to 'former Conservative politician Lord McAlpine. The charges were later proved unfounded, as the same witness, Steve Messham, who had reported the abuse in the 70s and 80s, said they had the wrong person.
