Hamas accuses Israel of violating the truce after the death of a Palestinian

Hamas has accused the Israeli army of violating the truce that took effect on Wednesday night. "We are in contact with the Egyptian mediator to deal with this incident," said Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri, referring death of a Palestinian and wounded more than 20 near the border between Israel and Gaza. "Some 300 Palestinians came this morning to the border security fence causing disorder and damage to it. Soldiers acted to get them away from the area and to ignore, fired into the air in warning," reports the Israeli army, He adds: "Some rioters tried to enter Israeli territory and the soldiers fired at the legs " A relative of the deceased, Abdul Hadi Qudaih Anwar, 21 , said to Reuters that the young man was just trying to put a flag on the border fence in the Khan Yunis area, east of the Strip. According to him, the soldiers fired three times into the air before abatirle. In the Palestinian media, there are two versions . As an indication that they were people who went to Friday prayers, the other reports that were farmers working on their land, for the first time after eight days of violent spiral that ended with the death of 166 Palestinians and six Israelis. It would be the second allegation of rape , because in the first two hours of respite, 12 Palestinian rockets fell in Israeli territory, causing no casualties. Egypt, guarantor of the agreement to end hostilities, and is in contact with the parties as confirmed by the Islamic Jihad leader, Nafez Azzam. According to analysts, this incident will not jeopardize the truce between Israel and Hamas, sponsored by Egypt and the U.S.. A cease-fire, as seen in the field, is very fragile.
