Eid al-Adha the most important feast of Islam will be held Saturday, October 27, 2012 in Pakistan. Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), also known as Eid al-Adha (the celebration), marks the end of Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca. Organized in the aftermath of a large gathering of pilgrims on Mount Arafat, it commemorates the sacrifice of Prophet Abraham. The latter was about to sacrifice his son Ishmael when at the last moment, Allah has replaced the boy with a sheep.
