Explosion leaves 25 soldiers dead in Turkey
Twenty-five soldiers were killed in an explosion of still undetermined origin destroyed that night this Wednesday a weapons depot in the city of Afyon, western Turkey. Officials ruled out a terrorist attack by the separatist Kurdish PKK rebels (Kurdistan Workers Party), fighting power in Ankara. The blast caused a major fire which was very difficult to control.
