Iraq orders the opening of its borders to refugees Syrian

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has ordered border officials of your country that allow the entry of Syrian refugees, as reported by Reuters General Issam Jassim, led by Waleed Al fornterizo step. Jassem from Al Waleed said, in the south, that the measure applies to all border crossings with Syria. "The order came 30 minutes ago," he explained. Al-Waleed is one of the three major crossings of the border, located 560 kilometers west of Baghdad. It is up to the Syrian government forces and has been the main crossing point for Iraqis fleeing violence in Syria, especially since Damascus. Syrian rebels have announced they already control the movement of Albu Kamal Qaim, commercial crossing point, located in the north of the Syrian-Iraqi border. However, it was closed by the Iraqi army for fear of a spillover of violence. Moreover, the crossing of Rabia, near the Iraqi city of Mosul (north), was briefly held by the rebels, but now under the command of the Syrian government forces. There is another crossing in Iraqi Kurdistan near the Turkish border. Thousands of Iraqi refugees who fled their country after the U.S. invasion have returned because of violence in Syria, but they face conflicts on religious grounds in their country. At least 89 people were killed Monday in separate attacks against Muslim targets Shiites, mostly.
