Iran threatens to destroy bases of the United States being attacked

Iran warned on Wednesday it has detailed contingency plans to attack U.S. 35 bases in the Middle East region, in the first minutes after a possible attack against his country. "We have taken steps to put those bases and deploy missiles to destroy all in the first minutes of an attack on Iran," said the commander of the Aerospace Force of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution, Amir Ali Hajizadeh. After three days of military maneuvers during which the IRGC tested various types of domestically manufactured missiles , General Hajizadeh said that the U.S. has 35 bases around Iran. "All these bases are within range of our missiles, as well as the occupied land of Palestine (Israel). Are good targets for us," said the general was quoted by Iranian news agency FARS. The U.S. military installations in the Middle East are located in Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Turkey, also has 10 other bases in Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan. During military exercises called Payambar-e Azam 7 ( Great Prophet-7 ), the Islamic Revolutionary Guards missile destroyed a replica of seven hypothetical basis of "foreign forces in the region." The missile -to-surface maneuvers were launched in different types and 300 , 500 , 800 and 300 thousand km range , although Hayizadeh insisted that the country has missiles that exceed two thousand kilometers , according to Iranian news agency Mehr. "The war maneuvers and the advanced technology deployed in military exercises proved that the 33 years of sanctions (economic, political and diplomatic of the West) against the Islamic Republic of Iran have failed," he recalled Hayizadeh. The Revolutionary Guards have also threatened to block the Strait of Hormuz , through which passes a third of global oil supply , in response to increasing sanctions against Tehran. In recent months, Israel and United States have not ruled out military strike against Iranian nuclear facilities if diplomatic efforts fail to persuade Tehran to reduce its controversial nuclear program.
