Xbox One delayed its launch in eight European countries

Microsoft has announced the delay of the launch of its new console, Xbox One, in eight European countries next year. Spain maintains the date scheduled for November 13 this year. The company has informed that the console will come in 2014, "as soon as possible" but without setting a date, to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland. At first, these eight European countries were included in the 21 territories where the console would be launched this year and now are reduced to 13, among which are, besides Spain, United States, Germany, United Kingdom and Mexico. The Redmond company does not specify exactly why this delay but blames "several factors", among which is "to work to locate the desk of Xbox One, add additional voices and languages [console has voice recognition] and build alliances to bring applications and local content for each country." Microsoft says it understands the "disappointment" that the news can be among those who had already booked the console and has announced that will reward you with a free game when it finally is released next year.
