A week after announcing the acquisition of 'We Are Hunted', a tool to discover, play and share music over the Internet, Twitter is reinvented and launches Twitter # Music. Listen to music, tweet songs, learn about the musical preferences of favorite artists, find out what the most popular social network, or coming up with new proposals unknown.
