The center of Bersani emerges as victor in the elections of Italy

Vote projections Italy complicate governance of the country. While the center-left coalition of the Democratic Party (PD) led by Pier Luigi Bersani, has achieved 34.5% of the vote in the House of Representatives, in the Senate the situation is reversed: win with 31% of the coalition center-right led by  Silvio BerlusconiA result so distinct as that which occurs when could drag back to Italy to the brink of bankruptcy. The country is being watched closely by Brussels and the markets, which were in a government-supported Bersani Monti as the best guarantee for carrying out reforms. Berlusconi's victory would mean the return of the man under whose leadership the risk premium shot up to 577 basis points two days before he resigns. Such is the fear of the return of 'Il Cavaliere' that the main Italian investment bank, Mediobanca, predicted that a possible victory of former prime minister would be answered by the markets with such intensity that the country would be forced to seek help from the European Central Bank .

Official Results

According to official results released by the Interior Ministry, with about43% of schools counted , the center-left coalition would achieve33.04% of the vote, while Berlusconi and his allies would get the 28.98%.
The Five Star Movement is 24.08%, while the second largest party, behind the Democratic Party Bersani, with 28.9%, and ahead of the People of Freedom of Berlusconi, with 21, 38%. As Mario Monti, he now gets by 9.22%.
