Obama l 'I will use all my power to control the weapons'


Barack Obama urged lawmakers to toughen gun ownership laws , insisting that after thekilling of Newtown , public opinion changed enough to support an amendment to that effect. Proposals sent next week to the Capitol, which were suggested by Vice President Biden, including assault weapons ban , broader controls on the funds for the purchase of weapons and new laws to combat trafficking. Obama pledged to act without legislative approval to increase compliance with existing standards and improve the flow of information among federal agencies to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. The president, who will face lobbying the powerful U.S. gun lobby, said the leaders of the United States is forced to act by the tragedies in the country. I have the intention to use any weight that has this office to be a reality , "he said, adding:" If there is even one life can be saved, then we have an obligation to try.
