Indian investigators have presented in court the charges against five men accused of the brutal rape and death of a girl in New Delhi on 16 December. The allegations contained in a file of a thousand pages were presented to the Metropolitan Magistrate court in the neighborhood of Saket, where the crime occurred. The magistrate then transfer the case to the special court "fast track", where the process will take place with the rite for summary.
