India l banned mobile phones in women

A Muslim village of the state of Bihar in northern India, has banned the use of mobile phones to women for fear of premarital or extramarital sex. This is a measure already 'taken from other rural centers compared to 'Taliban villages'. The authorities' in the district of Kishanganj (Muslim majority), have also imposed fines for women who are caught using your mobile phone out of the house: 10 000 rupees (183 euro) for single women and 2,000 (36 Euros) for the married.
