Wall Street reopens rising in the wake of Sandy

The fury of Sandy caused 50 deaths in the United States went through the East Coast and forced Wall Street to close for two days in a row, something that had not happened for124 years. The hurricane devastated not reopened the bag and pushed by rising industries and services sectors. The Dow Jones Industrial brushed 33 points, with a rise of 0.3 percent. When the bell rang in the bag, the S & P 500 was up five points. Michael Bloomberg, mayor of New York, rang the bell and reopened the bag next toDuncan Niederaurer , its chief executive. Niederaurer regretted that the industry has not reacted before and closed markets , said in an interview with the news channel CNBC regulators had decided to leave the markets open Monday morning. In the context of a volatile market , analysts are cautious because investors do not buy or sell shares since last week. But the attention will be focused on this Friday, when theLabor Department launched the latest U.S. employment report before the presidential election
